Are you asking why I've declared the GPIO pin as a peripheral, and not as a GPIO interrupt source? reader_irq is PB29 which is IRQ0 which is Peripheral A, so I might as well let it have its own interrupt which isn't shared. Does that make sense, or have I made a mistake somewhere? The device driver works fine and has been working for a few years like that.
