I like the NGW100.  A lot.

But if you really, really want ARM, then a good choice lately is the
Beagleboard.  It has an OMAP35xx chip on it, and USBH so you can plug in as many
ethernet adapters as you like--- or anything else, for that matter.  :)

It's a little more expensive than the NGW100, but it's ARM.
