If you can live with an AVR32 processor, then the ATNGW100
AVR32 Network Gateway could be a good deal. 
Board sells for less than $100 and 
contains dual Ethernet, 16 MB of flash, 32 MB of SDRAM.
It also has an SD-Card connector allowing you to 
have a much larger file system.
