Dear Ed,

As far as I know the only current option is the BeagleBoard
(http://beagleboard.org/) you mentioned. Esp. if the form factor/price is an
issue. The other board I have worked with are much larger then the Beagle.
It is really not that big in the 'flesh' so to speak but obviously not in
the Gumstix league.

I also understand there are smaller boards in the works as you mention but I
don't know of any that are approaching a release. You may get more
information asking on the BeagleBoard (beagleboard@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) or
Linux-OMAP (linux-omap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) mailing lists as you will find
people there far closer to the products.
