ARM-Linux FDPIC ABI?

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

I was wondering if there's been any work on an FDPIC ABI and
kernel support for MMU-less ARM Linux. (FDPIC, for those who
don't know, is a relatively new ABI for other systems that
have a unified address space. It allows shared libraries and
XIP in ELF binaries, so FLAT is no longer needed.)

If there hasn't been any, I might be willing to work on some
toolchain and kernel support for it.

Thanks!

Patrick
