Ok, now that I have a PB11MPCore with working ethernet, I'd like to have also functional USB :-) Is anyone using the ISP1761 with a realview board? The linux patch delivered with the hardware is for 2.6.22 and that patch contains a driver for the ISP1761. I am able to e.g. mount an external USB disk, copy files from/to but there are problems running binaries from the USB disk. It looks like faulting code in somehow fails, but if the stuff is already in buffer cache, everything is fine: / # chroot /mnt/misc /bin/bash Illegal instruction / # cp -ia /mnt/misc /tmp / # chroot /mnt/misc /bin/bash bash: no job control in this shell bash-3.1# The driver looks like it's based on the gumstix adaptation of the Philips driver. Another ISP1760 driver seems to be available on the linux-usb mailing list. Anyone using ISP176x with a Realview board? How successfully? Which driver? -- http://www.iki.fi/~ananaza/ ------------------------------------------------------------------- List admin: http://lists.arm.linux.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/linux-arm FAQ: http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/mailinglists/faq.php Etiquette: http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/mailinglists/etiquette.php
