how to run binary file on target

hi all, i m currently working on xscale board(pxa255),i am using cross
compiler to generate binary files on the
host, i used tftp to load the code to target.my bin file name is one.

i have 2.6.7 kernel on the target,
in the target i try to run the file by typing
root# ./one
but i got segmentation fault.
 am i doing is correct?if not plz help me out.
