Re: No console on SMDK2440 Board boot

I do have /dev/console in my fs but I didn't have any /dev/mtd entries so I guess devfs was handling mtd somehow because I get an mtd error when I remove devfs. I'm going to add /dev/mtd nodes and see what happens.

    You're sure that devfs isn't the problem?  Try disabling this option,
    since it's no longer supported in newer kernels anyway.  (Btw, you might
    want to try one of those. ;)
