ARM920 doesn't look like a machine you want to use for image processing.
But in the end you can use all image processing libraries available for
Linux, for example

or others (search on freshmeat.net). Note that you usually don't have
floating point support on ARM, so using softfloat toolchains is a good
idea. Note also that c++ libraries, especially newer ones, tend to be
_huge_.
