Unfortunately there was never a netwinder distribution with glibc 2.2.
   NW9 used glibc 2.3
   DM-3.1-15 used glibc 2.1

You might have some luck in just making a symbolic link in your /lib or /usr/lib directories so as to "correct" the available glibc names.

Or else bite the bullet and get yourself a working cross compiler. ;)
