ixp425 expansion bus&arm linux driver

hi,all!

   Now i am working for the ixp425 platform and meets some issues around 
its expansion bus.
   It is the problem that we need expanding some IIC interfaces from 425 
and we choose Philips' PCA9564 as a solution.PCA9564 is a paralell to 
serial IIC interface, as a periphery device, been connected to ixp425's 
expansion bus.So what we needs is a linux driver for pca9564.However, i 
couldn't find a way to begin this driver.So, could anyone give some 
suggestion or is there some similar driver as a entry?
