Hi ,
       Try setting the hardware address from u-boot itself as shown below.
       Uboot> setenv ethaddr AB:CD:EF:GH:IJ:KL
and then save the environment variables with saveenv which will save this settings into a flash.
       Uboot> saveenv

does it mean that it can't access to an hardware address?

It only means the MAC address you provide is not valid ...

Look into u-boot/tools/gen_eth_addr to generate a "valid" mac address.
