Hi all

i've just try your solution but seems not to work

[root@EmbeddedLinux /root]$ifconfig eth0 hw ether 01:02:03:04:05:06
SIOCSIFHWADDR: Cannot assign requested address

does it mean that it can't access to an hardware address?
