Hi,

thanks this helps ..

one more small question:

on a code I wrote while compiling
I am getting this :

arm-linux-gcc -mbig-endian
-I/home/shuxb/snapgear/linux-2.4.25.x/include -DLINUX -MD -O -pipe
-DNETLINK_SUPPORT -DSMAC -I. -I../../../../Software/Lib/umac/include
-I/usr/include -I../../../../Software/Lib/prismoids/main -c getoid.c
getoid.c: In function `main':
getoid.c:1258: warning: integer constant is too large for "long" type
getoid.c:1259: warning: integer constant is too large for "long" type
{standard input}: Assembler messages:
{standard input}:545: Error: bad instruction `btsl r0,[r4,#-128]'
make: *** [getoid.o] Error 1

Can someone please tell me why this is coming ? I dont see any source
cod e line being pointed here as faulty ..
Only addition is a function I have written in this file using pcap
library to capture packets, when I comment that, error goes away ..
but thats not a solution obviosuly ..
What could be reason for something like this ?

Cheers,
Alfred
