I belive most of these are Ok, in the cases of some of them
with missing signoffs the originals are still archive on the
relevant mailinglists which I'll go and sort out.

I'll try and have a new tree available for the end of the week for the
s3c24xx stuff and a tree for the mtd people to look at.
