This fixes any race with regards to the interrupt reenabling whilst
servicing it, but we still haven't got a proper solution for the
interrupt firing before the SDIO core has enabled it.
Since you're using edge triggered interrupts, you can solve this by
adding some state to your driver, tracking the enable/disable value of
the SDIO interrupt. As long as it is not enabled, you won't call
mmc_signal_sdio_irq().
