MMC:
Transfer length calculation is not addressed yet as Im unsure as to what
the hardware actually does at this point in time, and without
documentation, its going to be tricky.

block size errors handled correctly now

converted to io* accessors and fixed a couple of blatently wrong 32 bit
accesses that work by luck on e-series (and probably SHARP if any of
them use MMC) but are garaunteed to fail on ASIC3.

whitespace cleaned up a bit
