[PATCH RESEND] Input: omap-keypad: dynamically handle register offsets

Keypad controller register offsets are different for omap4
and omap5. Handle these offsets through static mapping and
assign these mappings during run time.

 - Tested on omap4 sdp with 3.4-rc1
 - Tested on omap5430evm with 3.1 custom kernel.
