Problem with 32-bit glibc on AMD64 RHEL 4.2. | |

Hi, I'm running AMD64 release of Redhat Linux Advanced Server 4.2. It was recently upgraded (via RPMS) to 4.4 level minus the kernel. Since the upgrade each time I run a 32-bit application I get a segmentation fault. I have narrowed the problem to the following package: glibc-2.3.4-2.25.i686.rpm If I re-installing the package, (rpm -Uvh --replacepkgs glibc-2.3.4-2.25.i686.rpm) everything works fine. Then when I reboot the problem comes back. Any clue what could be causing the problem? Is this the right mailing list for this problem?
