The DVD is almost certainly mounted. Try "umount /mnt/cdrom" (or
whatever it's mounted as -- run "mount" with no options to check if
you're unsure) before you try to burn the DVD.

Been caught by this myself.

Sorry for inconvenience ;-)
Well thanks for your help . Now there is half problem about that . Solved the
nautilus auto mounter here's the second . I show the k3b debug message :

System
-----------------------
K3b Version:0.11.14
KDE Version: 3.2.2-12.FC2 Red Hat
QT Version: 3.3.3

growisofs
-----------------------
WARNING: /dev/hdc already carries isofs!
About to execute 'builtin_dd if=/tmp/kde-andrea/K3b data project.iso of=/dev/hdc
obs=32k seek=0'
:-( Failed to change write speed: 2770->3324

growisofs comand:
-----------------------
/usr/bin/growisofs -Z /dev/hdc=/tmp/kde-andrea/K3b data project.iso
-use-the-force-luke=notray -use-the-force-luke=tty -use-the-force-luke=dao
-dvd-compat -speed=2

Any other idea?
