Which package is it? you need at minimum: libgcc-3.4.2-6.fc3.i386.rpm glibc-devel-2.3.3-74.i386.rpm (and fwiw the methods shown work, even without special hacks; on my FC3 box I can happily compile my own rpm with --target i386 )
