Look on the second CD within /Redhat/RPMS at the kernel version. If
it's 2.4.21-4.EL, it's ancient (the GA release). Go to RHN and
download Update 3 ISOs.

If it's 2.4.21-20.EL, that's the newest and there won't be newer disks
for another couple months at least.
