No it's ext3, and the original /var/lib/rpm/Packages files size is just
33M and
failing /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.10789/Packages is 11M

[root@srv]# du -h /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.10789/Packages
11M     /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.10789/Packages
[root@srv]# du -h /var/lib/rpm/Packages
33M     /var/lib/rpm/Packages
[root@srv]# rpm -qa | wc
    487     487   11338
[root@srv]# df -h -l

/dev/sda3             220G   13G  197G   6% /
