My only recourse (at the moment) seems to be to manually install
perl-SNMP-Session first, and then MyPackage.
 
or run:

yum install mypackage.rpm perl-SNMP-Session

Yup, I just found that workaround myself.
 
or add a pkg-specific dep into mypackage.

How would you specify that?
