Sync of kernel tree with 3.3-rc3

FYI for kernel developers, I've sync'd the next branch with Linus as of 
3.3-rc3, and merged the next-queue branch.  

Development should now continue against the next branch of 
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jmorris/linux-security.git
