Upgrading via Kickstart - Can't find root filesystem

Hi Folks,

I’m trying to configure more or less unattended system upgrades via kickstart, but am finding that anaconda can’t seem to locate my existing root filesystem.

I’m trying to upgrade RHEL 5 to RHEL 6… and the root filesystem is on LVM.  I get the standard erro:

“The root for the previously installed system was not found.”

Has anyone encountered and/or resolved this problem?

Thanks.
