Sarah,
Are you trying to build a website on fedorahosted or are you building
an independent one?
Feel free to use/copy the html/css code that's in the fedora-web.git
repo. That's why its public. Use of the Fedora logo can be restricted
in some cases (usage is here [1]).
We don't have any resources, except for the repo, that would help with
creating a website. You can look at the fedoracommunity.org website
and get an idea what other communities have done.
