GNOME Power Off menu item - once again

I've recently installed fresh Fedora 17 and noticed that there is a long
awaited "Power Off" menu entry. But on my older Fedora installation
(made two days after official release) which is up to date I still need
to press "Alt" key to power off/reboot.

What happened and how can I upgrade my older Fedora box to see the
"Power Off" item in my menu?
