Auto closing tickets from tickets which need more info

Hya,

Just a questions what about auto-closing tickets after a certain time
for tickets on NEEDINFO status. It happens VERY often that when I
set a ticket to "NEEDINFO" the reporter doesn't respond. Imho this a
waste of time for us, and these tickets won't be closed anyways.
