[Fedora Robotics] Review request: urg - Library to access Hokuyo URG laser range finders

Hi Fedora Robotics SIG.

I have just created a new review request for urg, a library used to
access Hokuyo URG laser range finders. We bought some of them and thus
needed this now. If someone is willing to do a review I'd be grateful.
