It appears to be looking for libsvg-cairo, perhaps needs to be cairo-svg?
As for the gdk, it appears that you need to explicitly set LABLGTKDIR for some
reason. With:
./configure --libdir=%{_libdir} LABLGTKDIR=%{_libdir}/ocaml/lablgtk2
It finds GTK+:
GTK+ support: yes
