bugzilla confused on package ownership? | |

So, tonight I got a new bug for elfutils (262461). Interesting as I'm not the owner. Last night tsmetana assigned an e2fsprogs bug (258381) over to me, it originally went to him for some reason. I searched tonight and found one other newly opened e2fsprogs bug initially assigned to rvokal (254841), not me. Any idea what's going on here?
