Error Connecting to i18n CVS

Hello All,
  I am trying to download the files from i18 CVS. But I am getting the
following ERROR.

  " HOST DOES NOT EXISTS"

My Tortoise CVS has following message

Error, CVS operation failed

I am trying to access the CVS from Windows.

Do I need to do any configuration.
