Hi,

   Just tested following fonts packages
nafees-riqa-fonts-1.0-2.fc16.noarch
nafees-nastaleeq-fonts-1.02-2.fc16.noarch
nafees-naskh-fonts-2.01-2.fc16.noarch

All of these fonts are for Urdu language. Comparing these character set with Minimum basic requirement defined in fontconfig ur.orht file gives following missing characters in fonts ttf file.

Nafees-riqa
missing characters
U+0629 ARABIC LETTER TEH MARBUTA
U+0647 ARABIC LETTER HEH

Nafees-Nastaleeq
missing characters
U+0629 ARABIC LETTER TEH MARBUTA
U+0647 ARABIC LETTER HEH

Nafees-Naskh
missing characters
U+0629 ARABIC LETTER TEH MARBUTA
U+0647 ARABIC LETTER HEH

I am asking to upstream to add these fonts, lets see what they says, else will try to patch these fonts.

This fonts has few symbols/design characters. So it does not support any language.

Thansk tagoh for mail, finally i did comparison for missing characters in Urdu fonts :)

For the cases that has font() lines, the packager may needs to file a bug against fontconfig to support the expected language in it. please check the result of fc-query and see what it says on "lang" first.
