Most important things:
 * Possible bigger changes to jpackage-utils (adding of additional
   macros, fixing a few things). Possibility of takeover from dbhole
 * Changes to guidelines:
   * change packaging draft to include maven 3 use/templates and
     wider use of macros from jpackage
   * JNI handling will change slowly as per bug [2] alternative B
 * Tomcat 5->6 migration finalisation will wait till f16
