Yeah that's what I've been poking at. AIUI there's 2 main pieces though:
horizon using openstackx directly, and horizon depending on the openstackx
'admin' plugin being hooked up in nova. That blueprint covers the former so
there is a clear path there. Not sure about the latter piece though, I need to
try pinging one of the upstream horizon guys about it.
