Downtime - ARM Buildsystem /mnt/koji disk upgrades

The ARM buildsystem will be down briefly for disk upgrades for repo
storage (/mnt/koji on chile). This is tentatively scheduled for:

  Friday 2012-05-11 - 1600 UTC - 1200 EDT
                  through
  Friday 2012-05-11 - 2100 UTC - 1700 EDT

Affected services include:
* koji hub and web interface (http://arm.koji.fedoraproject.org)
* ARM build repos (http://armpkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos)

Builders will be disabled about a half-hour before the outage, and may
be able to continue building during the outage (but not report status or
upload results).

This will increase /mnt/koji storage space by 33%, with corresponding
increases in the spinning-disk backing store and backup space on remote
machines.
