12.1.0 devel build 8 released, for the XO-1, XO-1.5 and XO-1.75

THIS IS A DEVELOPMENT RELEASE

Some notable details in this release are:
* Move back to jffs to XO-1
* May be issues with WPA-Enterprise networks (F-17 final blocker):
