yes, but my question is right url for baseurl parameter.

I can download rootfs from (http://blc.fedorapeople.org/fedora-arm/f17/) 
and I can download packages from Koji separately (for example, 
http://arm.koji.fedoraproject.org/packages/mc/4.8.1/3.fc17/armv7hl/) , 
but no repo for yum?
