Planned topics would be good to see as well for people who might want

There is.  jsmith had started an agenda for this but I don't seem to be able
to find a link to it at the moment.

I think it would be dandy if we could align those topics with some time slots and get them on the workshop/hackfest schedule ASAP for people to plan around. :)
