[PATCH 0/4] coolkey: remove fake reader, handle reader removal/addition

Hi Robert,

 I've sent patches to libcacard too. Because of the nature of the libcacard development they are on qemu-devel, but I've 'To'-ed you as well. I've tested with remote-viewer (the spice client the bug was originally reported on). I've tested with a single reader only, so with the following cases:

 Startup: 0 readers
 Startup: 1 readers
}

 Remove a reader during runtime
}

Using pcsc_scan inside the guest, and firefox with guest coolkey (the guest had coolkey 1.1.0, for it there is always a single reader, so the problem doesn't present itself)
