Can't tell about these DIMMs, though I just upgraded my AS800 (the
3300 is an AS800 is a white dress) to 1.5GB (4*256MB + 4*128MB).

The 128MB sticks came from a SUN Ultra-5, and the 256MB ones from a an
old DELL server.

The machine came with SRM 5.1, and I had to upgrade to 5.8 for the
machine to boot with the 256MB DIMMs.
