Hi,
Finally I' ve got the problem you mention below. It looks like NCR810 is new problem. During text installation I see for while window like loading sym5..., then ask me for source of installation, I enter CDROM, and then I see window with Choose driver ..., and any driver
doesn't work.

At times, it has appeared like the NCR 810 was giving problems. That
was a common card in AVANTIs (AS2x0/AS300/AS400), IIRC.
It was supprised me too, because I have no problem on my AS200 and someone reported problems
with scsi controller on AlphaServer 400.
