For the record, here's a list of stuff you need to do to add a new service in anaconda: 1) Add the service (and any extra scripts/binaries it uses) to git. 2) Add the new files to Makefile.am. 3) Add the new files to anaconda.spec.in. 4) Add "Wants=XXX.service" to anaconda.target.
