Looks like asknetwork got disabled somewhere along the line, sorry. You 
should be able to use "network --bootproto=query" in the ks file, source:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Anaconda/Kickstart#Boot_CD-ROM
Haven't tried, that option yet, if that doesn't work, file a bug.
